ELECTIONS: Federal, State, County, Township, and Howell Public School elections are held at the Township Hall for Precinct 2 and at M-TEC, Transwest Industrial Park, 1240 Packard Drive for Precincts 1 and 3. Voter Registration is available at the Clerk’s office at the Township Hall during business hours or at any Secretary of State office and County Clerk’s Office. LAND USE PERMITS: A Land Use Permit must be obtained for any structures such as fences, swimming pools, buildings, additions, alterations to buildings, and demolition of buildings. Applications for Land Use Permits are available at the Township Hall. Questions should be directed to Zoning Administrator at (517) 546-2817 ext. 108.
